Returns
We will accept returns up to 30 days after they have been received. Please email us to arrange returns.
We will only accept back goods which have no sign of wear and tear and which arrive at our offices in as new condition.
Once the package is received we will refund the value of the transaction but not the cost of the return postage.
Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, any claims for transit damage after that time are not the liabilty of TV Village.
It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.

Returns Policy TV Village subscribes to Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 that entitles all buyers to a 14 day approval period(we offer 30 days) in which buyers can cancel and return their order. However, please note that we can only accept return of an unused item in original package. We cannot refund you if item is received incomplete, damaged or in used condition.
If for any reason you wish to return the item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and you will be provided with instructions for returning the items to us. When contacting us please ensure that you write your full purchase details and description. Item returned must be complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition. Please make sure that when you opened the box to examine the item you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way. Please note that the Return Shipping fee is paid by the customer.
