If the TV develops a fault in the home then all you need to do is to telephone the Cello helpline number 0333 4330312 or email consumersupport@celloelectronics.com

and they will take care of the rest and arrange an exchange of the TV in the home if the product has developed a fault within 28 days of delivery and collect the product for repair after 28 days and return to the customer promptly.

Cello offer an extended warranty Gold Service which can be on a rolling contract basis. To take out the extended warranty please phone Cello Service before the original warranty runs out on 0333 4330312 or email consumersupport@celloelectronics.com.
